nice design and concept, but horrible programming.
the wall/floor/roof interaction with the char were poor...
other than that, good game.
oh and the song wasnt good either, it was relaxing but i got sick of it after a minute.
i really liked the game.
good character development, plot, and the game was pretty clean.
there are a few problems, of course, like the char's movement, but other than that the programming was good. I understand this is just a class assignment, but i really hope you guys keep on working =]
here are some advices for the next RPG :
-making status (money, strengh, dextery, magic ...)
-more NPC interaction
-and i know you had 2 weeks to do this, but if you do something out of class, try making a super long story =]
once again, very good game
This time there won't be any reason for me to create such a unwell-made since this time I got no time limit xD. I've come up with the idea of status, NPC quests (also its interactivity: moving around), and I'm now covering up the story.

the controls were a little messy..
other than that very good job, really liked the backgrounds and the art !!
I still can't understand how people consider a standard arrow-keys-and-letter-key-cluster control scheme to be 'messy' or 'strange' or 'difficult' as so many people have reported...
Is it mainly because UP isn't jump?
I suppose this control scheme is made for people who are used to using emulators... Hmm.

i just thought the explosions were repetitive.
there are lots of defense game around, that's why people are rating this so low. But they don't know how hard it is to make a game like that...
You did a pretty good job here. There are many options, upgrades, and i really liked the idea of buying troops.
i am still wondering how the hell did you manage to do this game, but i have to congratulate you. Of course a game like that has a few problems, but what you did here is amazing.

this game is awesome, and although the boss is very hard, the game is addicting.
it just lacks colors...
i didn't really liked it... you had that "scary" thing in the beggining, than a pointless platformer game, thatn a bad movie about Pi...
the programming for the "game" was good, except the movement of the char on the platformer...
there where some interesting things in this flash, but a lot ofpointless things also..
